These terms and conditions govern the use of www.personalwine.co.za (“the website”) and the purchase of any goods. The website is owned and operated by Bay Point Trading 9CC Personal Wine Department.
DESCRIPTION OF GOODS AND SERVICES
Personal Wine is a division of Bay Point Trading 9CC and is in the business of marketing wine via our website and call centre. We source estate labelled and unlabelled wines for both private and corporate customers. Our in-house graphic designer personalises the unlabelled wines to specific requirements of our customers.

By accessing, using or browsing the website you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability. (“Terms and Conditions”). Personal Wine may at any time revise the Terms and Conditions by updating this website without providing notice to you. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current Terms and Conditions.
AVAILABILITY & PRODUCT INFORMATION
We try to ensure that we always stock the full wine range as advertised. Although we make every effort to ensure that products are in stock when so indicated and that information and prices concerning products and services listed on the website are accurate, the prices and availability of such products and services are subject to change without notice. If a product or service has been listed at an incorrect price or for any reason beyond our reasonable control or we are unable to supply a particular vintage, we will notify you as soon as possible.
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply a particular vintage, we will notify you as soon as possible. Our specialty wines may be limited in availability, whilst we make every effort to ensure that that advertised vintage is the one that we deliver, we cannot guarantee which vintage will be couriered to you. However, you are still able to return the wine if you are not satisfied (see cancellations and returns)
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but should you wish to return goods, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.
In any case, after delivery of goods will be held at your own risk and Bay Point Trading 9CC Personal Wine will not be liable for any loss, damage or destruction to the goods except insofar as it arises from an inherent defect in any of the labeling or wine condition we would gladly replace or exchange.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 5 working days as long as the labeling and packaging process has not started by contacting Bay Point Trading Personal Wine on 021 552 6280 for a full refund.
Should the wine be found faulty, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order. If you do not return the goods or fail to make them available for collection within 30 days of your order, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and will be charged for your order.
PAYMENT OPTIONS ACCEPTED
We are merchants of ABSA Bank and payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard or by bank transfer into Bay Point Trading 9CC bank account, the details of which will be provided by request.
